What is your favorite adhesive for resin cabs and brass findings?

When gluing resin cabochons (like a resin dahlia flower cab) to brass filigree (such as a ring or bezel), what is your favorite adhesive? What technique do you use?

    I prefer the Beacon 527 or a two-part resin for attaching plastic to metal. Also, prep the surfaces.
    1.Clean both surfaces with alcohol. 2.Sand the plastic with a nail file or sand paper. 3. Apply glue or resin and allow it to dry at least 24 hours. Disrupting the bond while it's setting will make it much weaker.

    I like E6000 for most jewelry - though I've had trouble keeping cabachons stuck to the rings long-term. I've roughed up the back of the cabachon to create more surfaces for the glue to bond.
