A PDF sewing pattern for a classic pair of straight leg knit pants. This pants pattern comes with a PDF pattern which is tiled over several sheets, and a separate PDF with full color photo instructions.

Materials needed:
Knit fabric with stretch
Matching thread
Wide elastic

An easy to sew and versatile pattern. Great for beginners. Sew a comfy and relaxed pair of pants – dress them up or down depending on your fabric choices. Fitted and shaped around the body, hips, and thighs with a straight leg falling from the hips, but taper them in from the knee if you prefer. Great for work or make them in some funky fabric for relaxing. Lightly gathered to a comfortable elastic waist for those days you need a little extra give. Plenty of length in the leg and height in the rise for taller women, but easily adapted to shorter lengths too – the video will show you how to get a great fit.

Great pattern for some simple easy to wear pants to match everything in your wardrobe. Make them in black, brown, navy, grey – and never be without the right pants whatever the occasion. (Modeled here with the Gathered Front Top – free pattern at So Sew Easy.)

Available in 5 sizes, fitting from a 34 to a 44 inch hip. If you are used to patterns, they are a simple shape and you could easily increase a couple of sizes if needed. Full video tutorial included as well as the step by step instructions. For stretch knit fabrics only.
