These are a cute spin on my Hot/Cold Rice Therapy bags, just for kids. Very simple and very cute. Simple heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, or keep in the freezer to keep nice and cold. Use these Boo Boo Bags to ice or heat the boo boo's that your little ones get all to often. They are covered in a removable and washable outer cover. The inside is filled with plain old brown rice.
