Meatless Oven Baked Cabbage Recipe

A simple yet tasty recipe that can be served as a main or side dish. Suits both vegetarians and meat lovers as it can be adjusted accordingly.
Materials: 2 Tablespoons sunflower oil, 1.5 kg fresh cabbage (medium size), 1 small onion, 1-2 fresh chili peppers, 1 little carrot, 4-5 tomatoes, 1-2 tablespoons tomato paste or tomato juice, salt, pepper, coriander seeds, thyme, 2 bay leaves and 1 bunch of dill
