Re-purposed Acrylic Paint Holder

I received a cupcake stand from Deflecto Craft Solutions. Since I don't make a lot of cupcakes, I decided to re-purpose it into a paint holder instead.

Materials: 3 tier desert stand, kraft wrapping paper, glue stick, scissors, craft knife and cutting mat, washi tape
