Vintage ribbons become a stylish skirt, thanks to this tutorial from Angelina of Ruby Jean. Shades of blue and cream create a unique, rainbow-inspired skirt.
Materials & Tools:
- A skirt
- Various ribbon colors
- Pins
- Sewing machine
- Thread that matches each ribbon
Step 1
Pin and sew the first bottom ribbon in place, being sure to use a matching thread.
