Origami Whale

Make your own origami whale in just a few minutes with these folding instructions. This design is super easy and is a great project for kids! This design was originally found @<a href="https://the-daily-dabble.com">https://the-daily-dabble.com</a>

Step 1

Fold the paper in half from point to point and the unfold

Step 2

Fold the lower edges to meet at the center of the paper

Step 3

Fold the upper point to meet the top edge of the previous folds

Step 4

Fold the paper in half lengthwise

Step 5

Fold the tail diagonally so you can point it upwards

Step 6

Fold the tail along the same crease to the other side

Step 7

Unfold the tail to fold it flat downward, and bring the whale together again

Step 8

Move the tail upwards again and cut the tip with scissors.

Step 9

Finish making the tail by folding the top layer over symmetrically

Step 10

Draw on your whale! Make it your own by drawing a face or other designs.
