You can easily make your own notepad book with just paper, cardboard, and a 3x3sticky note pad. Use http://arnoldgrummer.com/sticky-note-books-starter-kit.html">Arnold Grommer's Notepad Book Starter Kit (available at United Art & Education) to get started!
Step 1
Trace template, cut out book cover.

Step 2
Cut liner: 3x 6 3/4

Step 3
Glue book boards in place: covers, then spine.
Fold, press, and glue flaps, long flaps first.

Step 4
Glue liner onto book back.
Let glue set. Gently score and fold cover.

Embellish cover. Glue notepad or pages inside.
