No Nails Harlequin Table

Step 1

E-6000 glue Americana Decor Chalky Finish Paint Small hammer Brass thumbtacks Needle nose pliers Paintbrush Ruler Sandpaper or sanding block WOOD MEASUREMENTS: (1) 1x 12 x 18- Table Top (2) 1 x 2x 14 - Table Skirt (2) 1x 2 x 9- Table Skirt (4) 1 x 1x 24 - Legs (2) 1x 1 x 5 3/4- Crossbar Support (1) 1 x 1x 12 1/4 - Crossbar Support

Step 2

Evenly glue the two 1x2x14and the two 1x2x9 to the underside of the 1x12x18 table top to create the skirt *Let the glue set for about 15 minutes Next, glue the 1x1x24" legs on the inside of each corner of the skirt *Let everything dry for at least one hour

Step 3

Glue the 1x1x5 3/4pieces in between the legs about 8 up *Let dry for 1 hour Glue the 1x1x12 1/4between the two 5 3/4 pieces *Let everything dry for at least 2 hours With a ruler, create your harlequin (diamond) pattern Paint the diamonds with Americana Decor Chalky Finish Paint

Step 4

Paint the legs and skirt of the table and let dry Mark the edge of the table top every inch Holding the thumbtacks with needle nose pliers, tap them into the edge of the table Sand the edges with a sanding block or sand paper to expose the wood on the edges
