KNITTED CAT WOMAN HAT
This knitted hat was inspired by—who else?—Cat Woman! More cute than scary, this pattern is a fun, quick knit, a great stash buster, and perfect for gift giving! Make it unique by adding some stripes or intarsia! The best part? This is a project where you actually WANT to use cheaper, acrylic yarn! Because acrylic yarn is stiffer, it helps the hat hold its shape.
The Cat Woman hat pattern by Callie Need was excerpted from the book Knits for Nerds

At the beginning of the next rnd, turn work inside out so WS is facing. With straight needles, divide sts so that there are 27 sts on each needle. Hold needles side by side and use the circular as your third needle, then make a three-needle bind off. Flip again so that the right side is now facing out. Squared edges are now your “cat ears.”
