Supplies: • ball chunky, jute rope • terra-cotta pot, any size • gold-leaf paint • paintbrush • decorative ribbon, long enough to fit the circumference of the pot top • hot-glue sticks and glue gun • large-eye yarn needle
Yarn-wrap around three fingers: 3 stitches. Finger knit until the piece measures long enough to fit around the circumference of the pot’s widest point, which is just below the lip. Fasten off and set aside.
Paint the lip of the pot. Let dry.
Weave in ends. Use hot glue to secure the cozy to the pot. Glue the ribbon to the pot lip.
