Foundation Row (RS): Sc in the seventh ch from the hook, *[picot, sc in the next ch] 3 times, ch 5, skip t e next 3 ch, sc in the next ch; repeat from the * across, ending with [picot, sc in the next ch] 3 times, ch 2, skip the next ch, dc in the last ch, turn.
Step 1
Row 1 (WS): Sc in the first dc, *ch 10, sc in the next ch5 sp; repeat from the * across, ending with ch 10, sc under the turningch, turn.
Step 2
Row 2: Ch 5 (counts as dc, ch 2 here and throughout), *[sc, (picot, sc) 3 times] in the next ch10 sp, ch 5; repeat from the * across, ending with [sc, (picot, sc) 3 times] in the next ch10 sp, ch 2, dc in the last sc, turn.
Step 3
Repeat Rows 1 and 2 for the pattern.
Step 4
Note • Picot = ch 3, slip st in the third ch from the hook.
