Duck Tape® Tree Ornament

It’s time to duck the halls with Duck Tape®! Create a fun gift or decoration this holiday season with this unique tree ornament. Skill Level: Intermediate Approximate Crafting Time: 1 hour Supplies and Tools: - Duck Tape® - Scissors - Craft knife - Ruler - Pipe cleaner - Straw - Cardboard - Crafting board

Step 1

Wrap the bottom inch of a pipe cleaner with a piece of Duck Tape®.

Step 2

Draw your star onto a piece of cardboard and cut it out. You will need 2 large stars, 2 medium stars, and 2 small stars.

Step 3

Cover your cardboard stars in Duck Tape®.

Step 4

Cut a small slit in the middle of one of the large stars and string it on to the pipe cleaner.

Step 5

Cover your straw in a piece of Duck Tape® and cut into tiny pieces.

Step 6

Alternate stringing the straw pieces and the stars working your way from the biggest star to the smallest star.

Step 7

Once you have all the stars on the pipe cleaner, fold the top down to create a loop and wrap the excess around the base of the loop.
