Chocolate Covered Strawberry Footballs

These strawberry footballs are sure to please everyone! They are easy and fun to make. Who doesn't love chocolate-covered strawberries? You will need: - 1 (16 oz) package chocolate CandiQuik Coating - Fresh strawberries - 4 oz vanilla CandiQuik (or white cake writing icing)

Step 1

Wash strawberries and pat completely dry. Make sure no water remains on the strawberries as this will cause the chocolate coating to seize up.

Step 2

Melt Chocolate CandiQuik according to package directions. Dip 3/4 of each strawberry in the chocolate CandiQuik and place on wax paper to dry.

Step 3

Once dry, melt Vanilla CandiQuik and pipe on football stitching using a piping bag (or a plastic bag with a tiny corner cut off). Option: use cake writing icing to pipe on football stitching.
