I can't get my photo to upload

Can't get that dang photo to upload correctly? Check this list (then check it twice) to see if we can help you get to the root of the problem: Your photos should be no wider than 450 pixels and the file can't be bigger than 2 MB. We recommend that the photo is 72 dots per inch (dpi), which can be accomplished by using the "Save for Web" feature in photo editing software. Before trying to upload a photo, edit the software to get the dimensions and other things just right. If you're not sure what the dimensions of your image are you can open your photo in a "Preview" program that has an "image size" function or drag your photo into an empty browser tab and check the top of the browser for the size. Ensure the file is properly encoded as a .jpg, .gif or .png. These are the only ones our site likes. Unfortunately we can't upload PDFs at the moment. Still having trouble uploading the photo?
